 Re-lamp and re-ballast of existing fixtures or any new fluorescent fixture with new T8/T5 lamps and electronic ballasts.
Style: Recessed or surface mounted fixture with parabolic louver or prismatic lens		 Each fixture is composed of a ballast and 1,2,3 or 4 lamps. Only one incentive may be counted per fixture. All customers are eligible for eight foot T8 electronic ballast incentives.

 Two or more fixtures that share a common ballast. Fixtures that share multiple ballasts for
the purposes of multi level switching are not eligible.
Special Requirements: Must have two or more fixtures sharing a common ballast. (Tandem-wired)

 High Efficiency Fluorescent Fixture 2x2 or 2x4
Style: Recessed or surface mounted troffer fixture with parabolic louver (2” to 3” deep cells), prismatic lens, or recessed indirect fixture		 Overall fixture efficiency must exceed:
• 83% for a prismatic lensed fixture with T-8 lamps only
• 75% for 2x4 fixture with parabolic louver (2” to 3 “ deep cells) with T-8 lamps only
• 70% for 2x2 fixture with 2” to 3” deep parabolic louver (2” to 3” deep cells) with T-8 lamps only
• 70% for 2x2 or 2x4 recessed indirect fixture with T-8, T-5 or long tube compact fluorescent lamps.
Special Requirements: Must be a complete new fixture

 High Efficiency Low Glare Fluorescent Fixtures
2x2 or 2x4
Style: Low glare recessed or surface mounted troffer 2x2 or 2x4 fixture with parabolic louver (4” to 5” deep cells)		 Each unit must include a new troffer type fixture. Overall efficiency must exceed 64% efficiency. In order to optimize glare control, we recommend that design follow IES Standard RP-1 “preferred” criteria for luminescence.

2x4 Advanced Recessed Fluorescent Fixture
Style: 2x2 or 2x4 Recessed fixture with advanced diffuser

 Fixtures must incorporate advanced glare reducing diffusers. Overall fixture efficiency must be 75% or greater. Fixture must be equipped with 1 to 2 T5, T5HO (48 in nominal length only) or eligible
High Performance T8 (32 Watt only). Results of photometric analysis must be provided for a typical space in the
facility showing illuminance (foot-candles). For 2x2 fixtures, use Code 30.

 4 ft. Fluorescent Fixture with Reflectors
Style: Non recessed/Open Fixture		 Fixtures must be installed 16 feet from the floor or less
• T-8 lamps are eligible, T-5 lamps are not
• Each fixture must have new reflectors with a minimum reflectivity of 87% or greater.
• Up to 20% up-light as an integral fixture feature (typically slots) may be included but only in instances wherewhite or light colored walls and ceilings exist.
Special Requirements: Each unit must include a new custom reflector with a minimum reflectivity of 87%.

Tandem Wired Ballasts
Style: Non recessed/Open Tandem-wired - Two fixtures, tandem wired = 2 units

 Fixtures must be installed 16 feet from the floor or less
• Ballasts must be tandem wired
• T-8 lamps are eligible, T-5 lamps are not eligible
• Each fixture must have reflectors with a minimum reflectivity of 87% or greater. Up to 20% up-light as an integral fixture feature (typically slots) may be included but only in instances where white or light colored walls and ceilings exist.
