Use the Buying Power of
National Grid
Buyers Alliance is a partnership between NGIRD and Munro Conservation Group which offers NGRID business customers the opportunity to purchase discounted energy efficient lighting products by using the buying power of NGRID. We want to provide our large and small businesses energy efficiency lighting options and programs at fixed, low prices for lighting materials such as electronic ballasts, high efficiency fixtures and lamps and solar electric systems. This is a free service.

Free Lighting Proposals
When you contact us we can send you a custom proposal that will suggest certain energy saving lighting products that will enhance your facility and you will receive discounted pricing on any recommended products that you purchase. In addition, all products that meet NGRID measure codes specified in the proposal are eligible for a rebate. MCG warranties all material that we specify. All material is UL listed and approved by NGRID.

Demo Program
The "We Light You" program is a 90-day demo lighting program that allows you to test the results of quality lighting before you pay for it. All you have to do is select a fixture and order up to four from Buyers Alliance . (The order must be designated as "We Light You”) Install the fixtures in your facility and measure the visible results of quality, high efficiency lighting. You receive up to 90 days delayed billing from acceptance of delivery or return the fixtures within 90 days and receive no invoice.

Recycling Options
Munro Conservation Group can handle all your recycling needs. We offer easily re-orderable packaging supplies for:

  • 4' and 8' Fluorescent Bulbs
  • U-tubes, Compacts & Circlines
  • Ballasts
  • Mercury Vapor
  • High Intensity Discharge Lamps
  • High Pressure Sodium
  • Mercury Device (thermostats, switches, etc.)

These contain mercury, lead and PCBs.

It’s easy to comply with today’s regulations because we provide everything you need in one simple package that comes complete with “certificates of reclamation” as proof of recycling, in accordance with applicable Federal regulations 40 CFR.
